What information is collected, and why?

If dealing with a booking regarding anyone under 13 we deal with the parental guardian only.

Non-personally identifiable information is collected to allow us to analyse how our website is used and to improve the content and packages the website provides.

Personally identifiable information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services to the user and future marketing.

Finlayson Properties owns the collected information and will not sell, trade, or rent the information to others. We may use the information to continue contact with the user. This may include contact such as follow-up calls, e-mail correspondence, or mail correspondence to follow-up on the contact or to provide marketing information about promotions, new services, or important website changes. Finlayson Properties may share client's name with their suppliers in regards to confirmed bookings we make on their behalf as part of the package. We don't provide the supplier with emails or other personal information.

Within 24 working hours, this request will be processed and evidence provided that we have removed this from our database.
